Colorado native Ava Flanell joins us this week. The firearms instructor and host of the popular “Ava Flanell Show” podcast never intended to wade into politics but Colorado’s transition to a completely blue state has left her with no alternative as she now finds herself fighting on the front lines for Coloradans.  The 2nd Amendment and hunting rights are seemingly constantly under fire in the once proud pro-gun and pro-hunting state. Ava discusses some recent bills that Governor Polis championed that are a direct attack on gun owners and are simply unconstitutional. The audacity of one of which takes conservation dollars (raised by hunters and gun owners) out of the conservation/access funding pool and redistributes those dollars to groups that religiously attack the 2nd Amendment. Literally using our dollars against us!
