Western Justice Legislative Fund founder Dave Duquette joins the conversation this week. When I asked Dave what purpose Western Justice served, he replied, “think NRA, but for the Western lifestyle and all that encompasses.” His organization is the leader in advocating for ranchers and subsequently hunters as well. In addition to their lobbyist work, they’ve also put out a handful of well-done documentaries that highlight the obstacles facing the ranching community due to wolves and their inability to manage these apex predators (because of their protected status on the Endangered Species List).
