I recently had the pleasure of exploring and soaking up all that the Nebraska Sandhill region had to offer. The 5 day muzzleloader hunt was part of the Grand Prize Sweepstakes that GoWild and First Lite put on last year. Sweepstakes winner Tony Ballou joined me for the hunt with outfitter Jordan Budd of Running Water Hunting. Her grandfather purchased the 7,000 acre cattle ranch in the 1930s.

First Lite’s Kevin Harlander has also hunted at Running Water multiple times so he joins me to discuss our experiences and to discuss the hidden beauty of this remote region of America. First Lite has some new gear out as well, and we’ll get into the latest camo pattern development and the new Dirt Bag Duffle line up that I’ve fallen in love with. Some photos from my trip.
